長春觀各殿堂介紹

InstructionsofthePalacesinChangChunTaoistTemple

靈官殿:

為長春觀山門,坐北朝南,紅墻黛瓦,額嵌磚雕,牌樓式殿面,洞開三門。殿內正中供奉王靈官像,兩側供奉青龍、白虎、朱雀、玄武四大護法元帥。王靈官為道教護法神,司天上人間糾察之職,統領百萬天將神兵鎮妖伏魔,被玉皇大帝封為“都天糾察豁落先天主將”。老百姓稱其為:“三眼能觀天下事,壹鞭驚醒世間人”。

styleofthePalaceisPai-loo,atypicalChinesetraditionaldecorative

archway.AstatueforWangLingGuanwasbuiltinthecenterofthePalace,with

QingLong,BaiHu,ZhuQueandXuanWu,thefourDharmaraksa(marshalinTaoism)

besidesit.WangLingGuan,servingasaguardforprotectingtheTaoistlaws,

doesdisciplinaryinvestigationsamongbothheavenandordinarymortalsand

leadsmillionsofheavenlysoldierstodefeattheevil.Soheacquiredhisname

as“themostgiftedandbrilliantgodofjudicature”bytheJadeEmperor(the

supremedeityofTaoism).AstheChinesesayinggoesthat“Inspecttheworld

withhisthreeeyes,andshockthemortalwithaspur.”

太清殿:

重檐歇山,寶瓶壓脊,翹角舒翼,雕梁彩繪。殿內正中供奉道祖太上老君——道德天尊。左奉關尹子文始先生,右奉南華真人莊子。太上之道,放之則彌六合,卷之則退藏於密,退藏於密者,清凈自然之修也,包羅萬象,先儒謂老君之學,合易經陰陽變化之理,故世間以老易並稱,其著作《道德經》為萬古明燈,大無不包,細無不微。老君聖號甚多,有太上道祖,無極老祖,三清道祖,道德天尊等等,與莊子合稱“老莊”,與黃帝合稱“黃老”,其道德理義為道教之根本和基石。

TaiQingPalace

Theangledpalaceliesagainstthemountain,withapreciousvaseonthe

ridgeofitsdouble-eaveroofandcoloredpatternonthecarved-beams.LordLao

TzuoftheGreatMonadisenshrinedinthecenterofthepalace,withWenShi

(anofficialofkeepingthegatewayofthecityinancientChina)onhisleft

andZhuangZionhisright.Taoismisanaturaltheoryincludingtheinner-laws

ofeverythingintheuniverse,nomaterhowhugeortinyitis.Scholarsofthe

pastcalleditthetheoryofLordLaoTzu,andithasalsobeencalledLaoYi

withanotherTaoistclassicYiJing(theBookofChange)together.Theworkof

LaoTzu,TaoTeChingwhichincludestheinner-lawsofeverythinginthe

universe,isabeaconforlatergenerationsforever.LordLaoTzuoftheGreat

Monadhadmanyotherholytitles,suchasTaiShangLaoZu,WuJiLaoZu,San

QingLaoZuandDaoDeTianZun,etc.PeoplecallLaoTzuandZhuangTzuas“Lao

Zhuang”whileLaoTzuandHuangdias“HuangLao”.Thedoctrinesandtheoryof

LaoTzuhavelaidafoundationforTaoism.

財神殿:

殿內正中供奉文武五路財神,分別為武財神趙公明、關聖帝君、文財神比幹、西路進寶天尊蕭_、北路納珍天尊曹寶、東路招財天尊鄧九公、南路利市天尊姚少司,兩側供奉福神、祿神、壽神、喜神,每年正月初五為財神廟會,廣大善信上疏謁帝,頂禮膜拜,福、祿、壽、喜、財五神下降人間,賜福眾生。

Jiugongwhoisthegodforbringinginwealthintheeastand,YaoShaosiwhois

thegodforbringingingoodluckinthesouth.ThestatuesofGodsofWealth

areflankedbytheGodofHappiness,theGodofReward,theGodofLongevityand

theGodofBliss.TheannualTaoistTempleFairfortheGodsofWealthcomeson

thefifthdayofthefirstmonthoftheChineselunarcalendar.Onthatday,

numerousgoodandhonestpeopleattendthedivinetoworshiptheGodof

Happiness,theGodofReward,theGodofLongevity,theGodofBlissaswellas

GodsofWealthallcomedowntotheworldofmortals,givingblessingstothe

humanbeings.

七真殿:

內奉道教全真派創始人王重陽祖師的七位弟子,全真龍門派祖師丘處機真人,遇仙派祖師馬丹陽真人,南無派祖師譚處端真人,隨山派祖師劉處玄真人,崳山派祖師王處壹真人,華山派祖師郝大通真人,清凈派祖師孫不二元君。其中天仙狀元丘處機真人在重陽祖師的基礎上,開壇衍教,弘揚道法,發展和完善了全真理義,至今,全真教仍以龍門派為盛。每年正月十九日為“燕九節"(丘祖廟會)。

QiZhenPalace

TherearestatuesofthesevendicsiplesofWangChongyang,thepatriarchof

QuanZhenSchoolinTaoism,insidethepalace.Thesevendisciplesare:Qiu

Chuji,FatherofLongMenSectofQuanZhenSchool,MaDanyang,theFatherofYu

XianSect,TanChuduan,theFatherofNanWuSect,LiuChuxuan,theFatherof

SuiShanSect,WangChuyi,theFatherofYuShanSect,HaoDatong,theFatherof

HuaShanSect,andSunBuer,theMotherofQingJingSect.Amongthem,QiuChuji

hasgreatlypropagandizedTaoismonthebasisofWangChongyang'scontribution,

bypreachingandpropagatingdoctrinesofTaoismtothemasses.Sofar,LongMen

SecthasstillbeenthemajorsectofQuanZhenSchool.YanJiuFestivalfalls

onthenineteenthdayofthefifthmonthofChineselunarcalender.Onthatday,

peopleholdaTaoisttemplefaircalledafterQiuChuji.

鬥姥殿:

亦稱甲子殿,殿內正中供奉先天鬥姥元君,為北眾星之母,四周環列六十甲子神,即值年太歲。鬥姥元君是先天元始女神,秉壹氣玄元之象,應無極生太極,持日月兩輪,應陰陽象太極,四頭八臂應四象垂化,八卦演義。鬥姥有聖嗣久皇,上應天上九星。鬥姥掌日月以條例陰陽,執弧失以救劫消災,振法鈴以濟人度鬼,保命延生。主生殺禍福,為道體之象征,道教奉鬥壇主神,曾化身於西天竺國,故亦稱靡利攴天大聖。六十太歲星君是眾生的具體保命護身神。

DouMuPalace

ThepalaceisalsocalledJia-ziPalace.ThestatueofDouMu,themotherof

thePlow,isenshrinedinthecenterofthepalacewithsixtyJia-ziGodsaround

it.InChineselunarcalendar,sixtyyearscomposeacycleandeachyearofthe

cyclehasitsownearthgod,orJia-ziGod.DouMuisaprimarygoddess,with

fourhandsandeightarmsandanexpressionofanearliestancestorinTaoism,

holdingthesunandthemooninherhands.ThebasictheoryinTaoismisthat

Chaosbearsorder,orderbearsYinandYang(Yinisfeminine,negative

principle,whileYangismasculineandpositive);YinandYang,thetwoopposing

principlesinnaturemakeupthetheoryusedtoexplainallnaturalphenomena.

DouMuhasservedtheJadeEmperorforlongaswellastheNineStarsinthe

heaven.DouMucontrolsthesunandthemoontoharmonizeYinandYang,holdsHu

Shi(aholytool)tomeetpressingneedsandsmoothawaythedisastersinthe

worldofmortals,andbenefitthealiveandreleasesoulsofthedeadfrom

purgatory(byringingtheholybell).Themortalintheworldareblessedwith

safeandlongevitybyher.Generallyspeaking,DaoMuchargesbirth,death,

disasterandbliss,whichdemonstratestheessenceofTaoism,sosheisamain

godofTaoism.TherewasalsoanincarnationofherinancientIndia,thusshe

hasanothername“MiliPutianSaint”(godofsavingandbenefitingordinary

mortals).AndthesixtyJia-ziGodsarethespecificprotectivegodsofthe

mortal.

呂祖殿:

其中供奉道教八仙之壹的呂純陽帝君,純陽帝君遇鐘離祖師於酒肆,授枕作黃粱夢,醒而悟,遂棄家,隨鐘離祖師至終南山修道,又受火龍真人天遁劍法,拜苦竹真君,傳日月交並之法,後上朝玉皇,自是隱顯變化不壹,唯其誓願宏大,以沈浮獨世,行化度人,歷顯靈異。各地立廟祀之。元世祖封號為,純陽演正警化真君,元成宗加封為孚佑帝君。呂祖傳道於王重陽——馬丹陽等“全真七子”壹脈相承,是為北宗也。

LuZuPalace

ThestatueofLuDongbin,oneoftheEightImmortalsinTaoism,isenshrined

inthecenterofthepalace.Asthelegendwentthat,LuDongbinencounteredHan

ZhongliwhowasalsooneoftheEightImmortalsandlaterbecameLu’smaster.

Aftercarousingtogether,Luhadafonddreamandfeltenlightenedwhenwokeup.

AndthenhedecidedtoabandonhishomeandfollowedHantoenterintoTaoism

andbegantomakefull-timeefforttocultivatehisspiritualandreligious

lifeinZhongnanMountain.HereafterLuchronologicallybecameapprenticeof

FireDragonGodtolearntheswordsmanshipofdodgingintheskyandofKuZhu

tomastertheartsofjoiningthesunandthemoon.Lateron,hegotthechance

togotothecourttoservetheJadeEmperor.Goingthroughallthevicissitudes

oflife,Luhasneverchangedhisgreatambitions.Taoisttemplesasasignof

memorizingLuDongbincanbeseeneverywhereintheworldofmortals.Thefirst

emperorofYuanDynastyinChinesehistoryentitledhim“theImmortalof

JustnessandEnlightenment”.TheseventhemperorofYuanDynastyalsogavehim

thetitleof“theImmortalofRelianceandProtection”.Luthenpropagated

TaoistdoctrinestoWangChongyang(themasteroftheSevenBestDisciplesof

QuanZhenSchool)andtheSevenDisciplesofQuanZhenSchool.Sotheycalled

Lu“ForefatherintheNorth”.

三皇殿:

樓閣式殿宇,本觀最高處,殿內供奉華夏人文始祖伏羲,神農,軒轅,左奉財神,右奉慈航道人觀音菩薩。樓上為玉皇閣,尊奉玉皇大帝。

伏羲洞察萬物陰陽生克制化之理,畫先天八卦,神農又稱炎帝,即火神,種食五谷,嘗百草,以獸骨做針,獸皮樹皮做衣,為華夏文明的先祖,古之醫生,農業的創始人。軒轅又稱黃帝,歷史上最早的皇帝,他推測歷法,教人興文字,作幹支,創醫學。其著作《黃帝內經》是中醫學的最早奠基文獻。

SanHuangPalace

WithaChinesetowerstyle,thepalaceistheclimaxofChangChunTaoist

Temple.ThefirstancestorsofChina’sculture,FuXi,ShenNongandXuanYuan

areenshrinedhere,withtheGodsofWealthontheleftandGoddessofMercyon

theright.ThereisaChinese-stylepavilionupstairswheretheJadeEmperoris

enshrined.

TheLordofFuXihasobservedthelawsofallthecreaturesinnatureand

thuspicturingEightTrigrams(asetofsymbolicsignscreatedinancientChina)

forkeepingarecordofeventsandpracticingdivination.TheLordofShenNong,

otherwiseknownasYandi(theGodofFire),hasplantedfoodcropsandtasted

hundredsofherbsusedintraditionalChinesemedicine.Hehasalsomade

coveringsbyfellandbone-madeneedles.Thereafter,ShenNong,beingoneofthe

firstancestorsofthecultureofChina,wasalsotheearliestancientphysician

aswellasthefatherofagricultureinChinesehistory.XuanYuan,alsocalled

Huangdi,wasthefirstemperorinChinesehistory.Hehasstudiedandspeculated

thecalendarasasystem,spreadtheearlyChinesecharactersandcalendaras

wellasstaredChinesemedicalscience.TheHuangdi’sClassicof

InternalMedicineistheearliestdocumentarylayingafoundationforChinese

medicalscience.

王母殿:

殿內供奉西王母,號太虛九光龜臺金母元君,乃西華之至妙,洞陰之極尊,在昔啟迪玄功,生化萬物,為柔順之本,主陰靈之氣,理於西方,亦號西王母,元始天尊授以萬天統龜山九光之篆,制召萬靈,統括真聖,統諸天之羽儀,尊上聖,朝宴之會。天上地下,三界十方,女子登仙訪道者,鹹所隸屬,所居宮闕,昆侖玄圃,閬風之苑。昔黃帝大戰蚩尤時,授黃帝三官,五意,陰陽之略,太乙,遁甲,六壬,不罡之術,陰符之機,靈寶五符五勝之文,遂克蚩尤,而天下大定。道家尊王母為女仙之宗。王母殿兩側供奉九天玄女和地母元君。

WangMuPalace

TheQueenMother,enshrinedinthecenterofthepalace,isalsocalled“Gold

Mother”.Asthegoddesswhohasenjoyedthehighesthonorinheavenlycourt,she

standsfortheessenceofYin,feminineandnegativeprinciple,inthewest.So

shegotthename“theQueenMotheroftheWest”.TheQueenMotherisincharge

ofetiquetteandfeastofgodsintheheavenwhileofmatrimonyand

child-bearingintheworldofmortals.WhenHuangdibattledwithChiYou(the

leaderofagroupofrebels),theQueenMotherconferredseveralkeyskillsto

Huangdiwhichhelpedhimsucceedtoalargeextent.TheQueenMotherhasa

respectfulformofaddressinTaoismthat“theMotherofGoddesses”.Thereare

statuesofJiutianXuannv(EmpyreanGoddess)andDimuYuanjun(Goddessofthe

Land)respectivelystandingonhertwosidesinthepalace.
