In the case of pre-payment, The consignee shall pay money first, and then ,after cargo arrives , take customs declaration, foreign exchange control form, 進口付匯到貨核銷表(太中文化不知道如何翻譯恰當），and IC card to Foreign Exchange Control Bureau for writing off.
In the case of Cash On Delivery(COD), Consignee shall take customs declaration to bank for payment directly.
