With the rapid development of international trade and international capital's double-flow,multinational corporations make the rapid growth of foreign exchange business,more and more corporations frequently expose to the risk of foreign exchange,further more,current international financial markets make frequent and drastic fluctuations in exchange,all of these make foreign exchange transactions risk become a major issue of multinational corporations.Multinational corporations begin to pay more attention to the managemnet of foreign exchange transactions risk and reduce transaction risks, increase business value.This paper describes and analyzes three main types of foreign exchange transactions risks:dealing risk,translation exposure, economic risk as well as the causes of foreign exchange risk,combining with the specific case studies and management methods of multinational corporations foreign exchange transactions risk,then learns the methods of multinational corporations foreign exchange management in order to increase the knowledge of corporations foreign exchange risk.
