One or more demands may be made by you, provided that all demands are made prior to the expiry of this guarantee and the aggregate amount thereof does not exceed the total amount available under this guarantee.
您需提供壹個或多個擔保，所有擔保應在這份保函失效前提供，並且合計金額不能超過該保函的所有可用金額。
We confirm that we have obtained such exchange control approvals, if any, as are necessary to ensure that we will be able to fulfill out payment obligations under this guarantee in the above-mentioned currency. We undertake to maintain such approvals in full force and effect and in the event any new exchange controls are imposed we further undertake to take whatever action is necessary to obtain the required approvals.
我方保證已拿到相關外匯控制批文，並保證將按上述幣種履行付款義務。我方保證所有批文持續生效，倘若要實施任何新的外匯控制，我方承諾將繼續盡全力拿到符合要求的批文。
Any payment made hereunder shall be made free and clear of, and without deduction for or on account of, any present or future taxes, levies, imposts, duties, charges, fees, commissions, deductions or withholdings of any future whatsoever and by whomsoever imposed.

Until all amounts due and payable to you by us in accordance with a timely demand made by you are paid in full, our obligations and liabilities will not be discharged, impaired or otherwise affected by any act, judgement, order or other event which, but for this provision, might otherwise operate to discharge or impair our obligations or liabilities.
